Node Ventures announces the launch of its first fund 

Stockholm, Sweden, Mar. 7, 2023

Node Ventures has today announced the launch of its first fund, with more than two-thirds of its 800MSEK target raised. The 8-person founding team includes John Elvesjö and Mårten Skogö who co-founded Tobii and Tobii Dynavox, Henrik Tellving the founder of allabolag.se and Daniela Sjunnesson former CMO at Paradox Interactive. Partners at Node have helped build several successful tech companies and altogether backed over 40 companies as investors. The team is set out to partner with early-stage founders building the next generation of disruptive tech companies.

Node Ventures is proud to announce Saminvest as the cornerstone investor for their fund, alongside additional investors including a great number of highly networked entrepreneurs and business operators.

Node Ventures will invest in Nordic early-stage tech companies with initial ticket sizes ranging from 5MSEK to 25MSEK. “Historically, the Nordics has steadily delivered successful tech companies and we believe that the current market conditions present a unique opportunity for our first fund to make exceptional investments. Our approach is sector agnostic with proactive monitoring of digital entertainment, deeptech, future of work, and platform technology”, said Daniela Sjunnesson, Partner at Node Ventures.
